Occupation: Professional rugby player.

Earliest sporting memory: Playing rugby for Marlow, my first rugby club as a mini.

Best sporting memory: There are too many good memories to narrow down.

Worst sporting memory: Losing the 'Varsity' Match in 2009 whilst playing for Oxford University. It was bitterly disappointing but also a great learning experience – we went on to win in 2010.

Who is your sporting idol? Richie McCaw, Tom Rees.

Favourite hobby away from sport: I enjoy reading, watching movies and have just got into surfing this year.

Most embarrassing sporting memory? Once or twice my shorts have been accidentally pulled down in a tackle during a game, which no one wants to see!

Favourite sporting venue: The Mennaye Field and Iffley Road in Oxford.

Favourite Film: The Truman Show.

Favourite music album: Charlie Simpson – Young Pilgrim.
