RIPKORD are returning again to Cornwall after a very successful tour last year, with crowds following them from gig to gig from Padstow, Watergate Bay, Crantock and the Retro Surf Festival at Harlyn.

Ripkord are a signed indie rock band from the Midlands who have made a dramatic entrance on the local music scene with support from national bands such as the Blitz Kids.

The lads have appeared numerous times as Band of the Week on many radio stations including appearances on BBC Radio, SirenFM, TraxFM, Radio Newark plus many more.

The lads are looking forward to performing at gigs around Cornwall as part of their Summer Tour with a selection of well known upbeat indie rock covers as well as songs from their album and a few new tracks too.

Falling Storm will also be joining them on tour this year. heir lead singer has been likened to Stevie Nicks and Amy Lee from Evanescence.

You can see both bands on Thursday: YHA, Treyarnon Bay, 7pm; Friday: Shipwrights Inn, Padstow, 9pm; Saturday: Harlyn Inn, Harlyn Bay, 9.30pm; Sunday: Smugglers Den, Cubert, 9pm.
