A RARE species at Paradise Park is causing a stir in Hayle.
Three five-feet tall velociraptors are the latest addition at the attraction.
The model creatures from the Jurassic period will be on display at the park to coincide with the launch of a Dinosaur Quiz which will start on May 1.
Curator David Woolcock said: "We have taken delivery of three velociraptors and are currently training them to, well, behave.
"They have a tendency to chase moving objects like humans. So if you see one, our advice is to stand still – we'll be running in the opposite direction to try to lure them away."
One of the realistic models is currently on display and will be joined in the coming months by larger triceratops and raptors from the same period.
Youngsters are encouraged to become Paradise Park paleontologists and take part in the quiz from May until September.
