A CINDERELLA-INSPIRED mural has been created in response to pantomime season in Cornwall.

Children from Tregolls School have created the mural in the Trelawny Bar at the Hall For Cornwall.

The mural features the children's individual designs which have been scaled up and then painted in – creating a spectacularly colourful display.

Michelle O'Connor, the teacher and artist who managed the project, said: "Cinderella is a story we all love.

"Tregolls Year 4 and 5 students have produced fabulous drawings to tell the tale – with this being the first time an artist and students have painted a wall in Hall For Cornwall. It's been great fun."

The materials for the mural were donated by Truro Arts Company.

Cinderella will run until January 11. For tickets call the box office on 01872 262466 or book online at www.hallforcornwall.co.uk
