STRALFORS in Redruth have made redundant two members of staff.
Three staff members have also taken voluntary redundancies.
Tony Plummer managing director at Stralfors said the redundancies came into force as part of an efficiency process.
He said: "We regularly look at the cost base in the business and believe we have identified areas where we can make savings by changing process and working practice in operations, customer service and administration.
"We intend to maintain service to our customers as a priority. Professional Services will remain unchanged to support the number of change requests received from customers. In Operations we are re-organising work processes to enable a number of lower skilled tasks to be handled more efficiently and in Customer Services we are changing priorities to allow the team to focus more on customers.
"Our intention is to provide better service with a leaner, more efficient operation."
In the United Kingdom Stralfors operates in Dartford, Redruth and Kent, trading in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, France and the UK.
