A BUSINESS which is rapidly expanding its reach throughout the world is determined to keep its feet on the ground from its base in Falmouth.
Digital marketing agency 3WhiteHats is growing at an "impressive rate" and diversifying, according to business support programme Oxford Innovation (OI).
In five years the company has grown to employ ten staff – and is recruiting its 11th – and has a turnover of more than £550,000 a year.
This month the company will extend its global reach further with the addition of an enterprise – Be Content – which will provide copy and content for clients' websites around the world.
The agency will also benefit from a continuing partnership with OI's Coaching for High Growth programme, which supports and develops high growth businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
OI coach Richard Lawrie said: "3WhiteHats is growing at an impressive rate and now diversifying, but has managed to retain its friendly style.
"This highly skilled team has an honest, open approach that is refreshing in a sector that is often seen as a bit of a 'dark art'.
"Its client base may be global, but 3WhiteHats is determined to stay in Cornwall."
Tom Telford, founder and managing director, said: "When I set up 3WhiteHats I knew that I didn't want to be a one-man band so I needed support to recruit a team and set up my company. Over the past five years, there have been times when we have needed a lot of input and have had regular meetings with our coach. Oxford Innovation have been extremely adaptable in fitting around our needs."
The company currently has campaigns running in every continent, bar Antarctica.
