POLICE have recovered a six-inch kitchen knife believed to have been used to slash tyres of 18 vehicles in Illogan and Barncoose on Friday night.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses in the area who may have seen suspicious activity late on Friday night or in the early hours of Saturday morning around Illogan.

A caravan and shed were also broken into on the same evening. Police believe one person is responsible for all of the incidents.

Too true josdave, and put the begger in the stocks as well, but of course he/she/it won't. He/she/it will be told not to be so naughty and just get a little slap on the wrists.

Where do these idiots get off in destroying things? Bring back the birch oh I forgot we must look after their human rights. If caught instead of spending money keeping them in prison make them pay back every penny of the damage they caused and name and shame them.
