RESIDENTS in Penryn have complained to the police about “inconsiderate” parking on St Thomas Street, Brook Place and Truro Hill.

Falmouth police have issued a warning to motorists via their Facebook page threatening action.

PCSO Lewis Vague said: “With Penryn forever increasing in size with the university and new housing estates being built the situation isn’t going to get any better.

“Please consider when parking your vehicle that it is not parked causing a danger or an obstruction to other road users or members of the public or this could result in a Fixed Penalty Notice being issued or even your vehicle being towed away.”

It is not only inconsiderate but if it is dangerous it is illegal and they should be booked not cautioned.
