Police carried out a dawn drugs raid at a property in Bodmin this morning in an operation involving eleven officers.
Officers executed a warrant for a property in Beacon Hill Mews and arrested two males on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
Those arrested remain in custody at this time.
The police struck just after 7.30am at this morning with a team of six specialist support officers.
A police spokesperson said: “Police have been gathering intelligence about the supply of drugs in this property for a significant time and today’s warrant has resulted from that process.’’
The support team used a specialist method using hydraulic equipment to gain access to the targeted premises and were supported by a specialist dog handler.
Police have raided a series of properties in Bodmin over the past three months in an attempt to crack down on cannabis and Class A drug supply.
