The Cornish Pirates travel to Belfast to complete their fixtures in Pool 6 of the British & Irish Cup when they take on Ulster Ravens at Deramore Park tonight (7.30pm).
Having won all five of their qualifying games to date the Pirates are guaranteed a quarter-final place, but ideally need a sixth straight win the competition to secure a home draw in the next round.
The Pirates beat Ulster 34-17 when the two teams met at the Mennaye Field in October, but head coach Ian Davies will travel to Northern Ireland with a much changed squad from that night.
Canada international Matt Evans returns to the side after missing last Sunday`s game against Ayr taking over at full-back from Craig Holland. Kieran Goss returns on the wing in place of Mike Pope who switches to scrum-half, with Tom Riley in at centre for Rheon James.
Aaron Carpenter leads the team from hooker for the second week running in a front row which also sees Shane Cahill take over at tight-head prop from Jack Andrew who drops to the bench.
The only other change in the back five from last week sees Tom Duncan make his first start of the season at No8 in place of James Phillips.
Among the replacements there are call-ups for wing Max Bodilly who is in line to make his senior debut for the club and back row matt Bolwell, whose last first team action came at Ealing in September in a game in which he sustained a fractured skull.
Cornish Pirates: Evans, Goss, Riley, Dancer, Moyle, Sinclair, Pope; Davies, Carpenter (capt), Cahill, Patrick, Graulich, Parker, Atkinson, Duncan
