PENZANCE Literary Festival is looking to fill some key roles as it gears up for the fourth annual Litfest.

The organisation is holding a meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) to launch the new Friends of Penzance Litfest.

The meeting will also reveal the line-up for the festival running July 17-21.

The festival will also be looking to fill some vital roles as they look to secure a "sustainable future".

These include an “impresario” to recruit contributors and ensuring they’re happy, a “venue overlord” to organize venues and see they’re fully equipped, and the ‘outreach’ function, nurturing our links with the wider community and running events during the year to keep the festival in the public eye.

If you want to support the Litfest as a volunteer or be considered for a bigger role then go to the meeting at 7pm in the upstairs room at the Admiral Benbow, Chapel Street, Penzance.
