Head chef Tommy Atkins from Ohana beach cafe in Newquay Has managed to secure at last minute spot at this weekends Cornwall Food and Drink festival.
Appearing at 3pm he will be giving a talk on Mussels, which are abundent all around the cornish coast. How to select, prepare and cook them moving away from the classic Moules Marinier.
Using some of The mussel shacks finest hand picked produce he will dispel myths and show us some inspirational new ideas.
