VISITORS to Falmouth can now find everything the town has to offer in an up-to-date printed guide.

The handy booklet showcases the town’s retailers and hospitality businesses alongside the attractions of the area.

With 2014 shaping up to be another important year for Falmouth, the guide includes valuable information about the Pendennis Cup in June and the Tall Ships Regatta at the end of August, including links to keep up to date with the events as the dates get closer.

The 100-page guide has been produced by Fal River Cornwall, with support from Falmouth Town Council and Falmouth Business Improvement District (BID).

Claire Wood, sales manager at Fal River Cornwall, said: “We are very proud of this year’s guide and would like to say thank you to all the accommodation providers, shop owners and food and drink retailers who feature in the guide. We’re sure visitors to our lovely town will appreciate having such a comprehensive guide”

The new Falmouth Guide will be available in shops, hotels, B&Bs and restaurants around the town as well as from the Fal River Visitor Information Centre.

Falmouth BID manager Richard Wilcox said: “It’s great that once again Falmouth and its visitors can receive the Falmouth Guide.

“The comprehensive information resource for all things Falmouth – eating out, where to stay, what to do and visit – has proved hugely popular.

“And once again, it’s a good example of Falmouth’s key organisations working together to help improve the visitor offering.”
