This stupid man drove his van into 3ft of water and then required the Fire Service to rescue him from his stupidity........WHY? The water would only have come up to his waist so he could have got out of the van and walked to dry land, but this wimp required the assistance of an EMERGENCY service, he should be charged for the entire cost of the "Rescue" then perhaps he might not be so stupid in the future. The only way to each these idiots is via their pockets!
