A man's body has been found following a fire at adjoining bungalows in St Breward, near Bodmin.
Over 30 firefighters from Delabole, Bodmin, Wadebridge and Launceston were involved in fighting the fire which broke out at a pair of semi-detached bungalows at St Breward on Friday evening. The properties were extensively damaged.
The fire started in one bungalow, measuring about eight metres by six metres, and spread to the adjoining property. Firefighters, some wearing breathing apparatus, used water jets to extinguish the fire.
Cornwall Fire & Rescue Services said that "a full Fire Investigation Team from Cornwall Fire & Rescue will be working with Devon & Cornwall Scenes of Crime Officers to progress their investigations throughout the day" on Saturday.
