Two hunting trophies were stolen during a burglary at an industrial unit near Helston.
The shoulder mounted Kudu is extremely large and has spiral horns which measure about some 60 inches.
The other trophy is an Eland, which has a horn length of 30 inches.
Both were brought back to this country by their owner following a safari in South Africa in 2004.
Thieves also stole mobile phones, a Toshiba laptop, welding equipment, video cameras and charity boxes from the premises sometime between December 21 and 27.
Anyone who has any information is asked to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 quoting crime reference AH/12/1523

I suspect that the ''trophies'' were stolen from the eland and kudu in the first instance. What kind of ''person'' still kills for pleasure and exhibits sick ''trophies?'' Not one that deserves any sympathy from this blogger.
