Police are today renewing their appeal for any information for the wherabouts of a St Austell pensioner who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

David Adams left his home in Watering Hill Close at 4.50pm on July 3 and has not been seen or heard from by friends of family since.

Police say he took no personal possessions with him and only a very small amount of money.

He is not known to have ever done anything like this before and it is totally out of character, they added.

He is described as white, 5ft 4in, slim to medium build and with short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue pair of jeans, a striped blue and white polo shirt (pictured), a red or maroon zip-up fleece top and blue or black leather shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 698 3rd July.
