Hundreds of people have been taking part in a beach clean to remove litter and debris which the recent storm has thrown up across the county.
Organised by Volunteer Cornwall and Clean Cornwall, The Great Cornish Beach Litter Pick took place simultaneously today in ten different locations.
Andy Brelsford, from Volunteer Cornwall, said the aim was to show the UK that despite the recent weather Cornwall is still open for business.
The beach cleans were held between 11am and 1pm today in the following locations:
*Summerleaze Beach, Bude
*Porthmeor Beach, St Ives
*Fistral Beach, Newquay
