Handbag stolen during Callington burglary

Police in Callington are appealing for information following a house burglary.

The incident occurred just after 9.00pm on Monday, September 3 at a property in St Therese Close.

The offender entered the property via an unlocked rear door and stole a large black Marks & Spencer handbag containing a Nokia mobile phone, driving licence and bank cards.

The man was disturbed and is described as being approximately 5’10” in height, of thin build and wearing a black hoodie.

Police would like to hear from people who saw someone acting suspiciously in the area at the time or anyone who may have found the stolen items which may have been discarded.
