The National Maritime Museum in Falmouth is promising spooky fun for all the family with its Trick or Treat Tour this Halloween.
On Wednesday October 31 families can spend the evening making monster masks, bloodcurdling badges and trick or treat baskets.
Everyone is encouraged to get into the spirit of things by wearing fancy dress and taking part in a costume parade. Then, as darkness falls, visitors will discover ghosts and ghouls in the museum's galleries as they set off on a torch-lit tour.
Education manager Stuart Slade said: "Anyone who's visited us for Halloween before will know that it's always a special event, but this year we're pulling out all the stops to make this an unforgettable fright night."
The fun runs from 6.30-8.30pm and tickets are £4.95 per person. All children must be accompanied by an adult and the event is suitable for children aged five and above.
Places are limited so early booking is recommended. Call 01326 214546 for more details and to book a place.
