Grenade launcher stolen in Cornwall

Police are appealing for information about the stolen weapons

A grenade launcher and other replica weapons have been stolen from a property in Cornwall.

Police say the high quality replicas also included a Smith and Wesson pistol in its case, a crossbow and a number of Beretta pistols.

They were stolen from a property at Winnards Pearch, near St Columb in the early hours of January 9.

Anyone with knowledge of the current location of the items and persons responsible is asked to call Newquay or St Columb Police on 101 quoting crime number GC/14/10.

    Depending on how realistic they are any idiot brandishing them could get shot so this was an extremely bad idea.
