Fowey Town Council are hoping for a good turn out to their annual Parish Meeting on, March 27, where they will be looking to consult with parishioners on a couple of thorny topics.
The councillors will be hoping to hear the views of as many people as possible regarding how to proceed with the future of the town's public conveniences and also the offer on the table from Cornwall Council of the freehold transfer of Squires Field.
During the meeting Fowey Town Council will be explaining the financial implications attached and will also ask the questions:
'Do you want Fowey Town Council to accept the freehold transfer of the toilets and take over management?'
'Do you want Fowey Town Council to accept the freehold transfer of Squires Field and car park?'
The meeting starts at 7pm in the Town Hall and anyone wishing to voice an opinion or hear more on the matters at hand is encouraged to attend.
