The Cornwall Senior Cup tie between Launceston and St Dennis, scheduled for tonight, has been postponed because of a waterlogged Pennygillam pitch.

They will try again, at the sixth time of asking, on Saturday, with the match being switched to St Dennis with a 2pm kick-off.

This means two Carlsberg South West Peninsula League games are already now off this weekend.

They are the Friday night premier division game between Launceston and Camelford, and Saturday afternoon’s division one west game, St Dennis v Vospers Oak Villa.

Elsewhere tonight, both scheduled Throgmorton League Cup ties have been postponed. St Austell v Ivybridge Town and Torpoint v Witheridge have both been rearranged for Tuesday February 18.
