The Cornwall sporting programme has again been severely affected by the continuing horrendous weather.

Truro City’s trip to Redditch United in the Calor League premier division was, as expected, postponed following an 8am pitch inspection this morning, joining the long list of other games already called off.

But some rare pieces of good news were that the St Blazey v Ivybridge Carlsberg premier division and the Perranporth v Dobwalls and Truro City v Bude Division One West matches would all go ahead after pitch inspections.

However, the Jolly's Combination League suffered a total washout.
