Cornwall is bracing itself for more wet and windy weather as another storm is expected to hit the county on Sunday night.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain in the early hours of Monday morning between 12am and 5am.
A spokesperson from the Exeter-based weather agency said: “Further rain, heavy at times, is expected to spread quickly eastwards across southwest England on Sunday night and into Monday morning.
“Rainfall totals are expected to be widely 15 to 20 mm, but as much as 40 to 50 mm over windward coasts and hills.”
“With ground already saturated over much of this region, the public should be aware of the risk of further local flooding.”
The rain will be accompanied by winds of up to 60 mph.
The Met Office’s chief forcaster added: “A combination of strong winds and very moist air will give locally significant accumulations over windward coasts and upslopes.
He added: “The wind and rain will clear quickly eastwards during Monday morning.”
