Cornwall’s A30 to have 10mph speed limit

A SECTION of the A30 will have a 10mph overnight speed limit while maintenance work is carried out.

The works, will start on February 24, will affect the area around the Carland Cross roundabout.

A 10mph speed limit will be in force between 7pm and 6am 300 metres east and west of the roundabout.

A 40mph speed limit will be in place at the B3285 Boxheater junction and a 50mph speed limit will be in place at the A3076 Mitchell junction.

The speed restrictions will not apply for emergency services or special forces vehicles.

The works are expected to finish by March 10.

    10mph speed limit from 7pm to 6pm, so best get your travel done in the other hour....!!!
