Father Christmas was one of the star attractions at the Consols Pond Association Christmas Fayre in St Ives.
Many guests gathered at the Western Hotel, where cakes, a book stall, tombola and a raffle were on offer.
The event raised £165 which goes towards preserving the traditional Good Friday Consols Pond boating event which is held annually.
Ray Darlison, committee member, said: “We were very pleased with the support we had. The boating event has been going for 100 years, it’s a very well supported tradition, not only for locals but also for visitors. We want to make sure it keeps going.”
The committee hold several fundraisers throughout the year to help maintain the pond and pay for any necessary work to be done.
New committee members are currently being sought.
