If you're a fan of British comedy, then you'll be familiar with Marcus Brigstocke who will be performing live at the Princess Pavilion, Falmouth, on Saturday, March 2, and St Ives Guildhall on Sunday, March 3.

One of Britain's finest comedians and broadcasters, he will be taking his hotly anticipated new show The Brig Society on tour this autumn. The award-winning comedian is a firm favourite with comedy fans and The Brig Society promises to be as sharply observant and quick-witted as his much-loved catalogue of work. No less than the total restructuring of every aspect of life in Britain organised through the medium of jokes.

He is well-known for his appearances in QI, Argumental, Mock The Week and Love Actually. Brigstocke has also starred in theatre hit Spamalot and can be seen in CBBC's Sorry I've Got No Head.

"Dazzling, inspired, perfectly observed. I've yet to see anything funnier." Daily Telegraph

"Intelligent, dark, subtle stuff." The Observer

Starts 8pm. Seated. Advance Tickets £15 - available from the Pavilion box office on 01326 211222 or book online via SeeTickets and Hall for Cornwall. For St Ives tickets see www.crbo.co.uk
