TRINITY Methodist Church at Porkellis, Wendron, has again helped the Wired Cornwall rehabilitation centre, which offers therapies and art and craft workshops to people who have suffered a stroke, brain injury or long-term neurological conditions.

April Combellack, supported by Ruth Tripp, Hazel Williams, Hazel Treloar, Angela Searle, Rachel Coulson, Poppy Pascoe and others, organised their latest coffee morning for Wired on Friday at the chapel.

Mrs Combellack was pleased with the turnout and said that more than £450 was raised.

"There weren't quite as many people as last year," she said, "but we had plenty of help and everything went very well."
