CHINESE dragons roamed at will through a school in Truro.
Pupils at Archbishop Benson School celebrated the Chinese new year with their own festival.
Both of the classes in Year 2 made their own Chinese dragons, and created musical processions for the rest of the school to enjoy.
Children also learnt about the Chinese zodiac and tried some of the national food.
Head teacher Penny Shilston said: "The children's dragons looked amazing, and the older children were really impressed by the Year 2 dragon dances.
"The Chinese buffet looked delicious, and the children enjoyed making comparisons with foods that are more familiar to them. What an exciting way to learn about another culture."
