A 30-YEAR-OLD Camborne man has admitted breaching a restraining order.

At Truro Crown Court on Wednesday, Darren Ditchburn, of Pendarves Street, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching a restraining order by sending Facebook messages and telephoning Jodie Bridge-Ditchburn between January 28 and July 17 and November 27 and December 13, last year.

Ditchburn pleaded not guilty to two charges of stalking and causing serious alarm or distress, which related to the same dates, and those pleas were accepted by the prosecution.

He was remanded in custody to April 3 for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
