THE hugely popular comedy trio, Fascinating Aida, head back to Cornwall on April 3 with their new show Charm Offensive.
With a successful career spanning over 30 years, Britain's best-loved cabaret performers continue to pack houses with their unique brand of filthy, witty and fabulous entertainment.
On October 8, Dillie Keane, Adele Anderson and Liza Pulman released a freshly minted song on YouTube entitled Song For Teachers, which gained 100,000 hits within seven days of posting. On December 22, they released their own outrageous Christmas Carol, which had 150,000 hits in a fortnight, and 60,000 on Christmas Day alone. This follows the enormous success of their infamous anthem to budget travel, Cheap Flights, which has had over ten million hits to date and counting.
Dillie Keane founded Fascinating Aida in 1983 (and was joined by key writing partner Adele Anderson in 1984) and since then the group has played in hundreds of theatres in the UK and Ireland. They have toured Australia three times, including a month at the Sydney Opera House, and also played New Zealand, San Francisco, New York, Berlin, Kenya, South Africa and Singapore.
The performance will start at 7.30pm and tickets are £21 to £23 from 01872 262466 or book online at www.hallforcornwall.co.uk
