LOCAL street artist Cosmic will lead art workshops at a free event in Falmouth which features exercise classes and blood pressure checks.
The Open Art Surgery sessions form part of the Healthwatch Cornwall event on The Moor, which takes place on Wednesday next week, to celebrate the organisation's first year in health and social care.
Running from 10.30am to 4pm, it will offer health checks and free fitness sessions such as yoga and pole fitness, plus games, quizzes and prize-draws.
Visitors will be encouraged to share their views with care workers, which will also be at the event.
Healthwatch Cornwall chief executive Debbie Pritchard said: "The day aims to get people talking about their health and social care while having a good time, and showcase what can be achieved when people take the time to have their say on services.
"In its first 15 months Healthwatch Cornwall has grown steadily and had some great results, such as its work to ensure NHS Kernow rectified a gap in children's autism spectrum disorder diagnosis and recommendations it is making around cross-border services. Our work is all about the people of Cornwall but we need their continuing input to bring about positive change."
While at the event people who share their health and social care experiences with Healthwatch Cornwall can have their photo taken with mascots Sally or Simon Says and be entered into a prize-draw. Healthwatch England will also be attending the event to enable people to find out how it works with local branches across the country to represent regional views on a national scale.
